From Treyarch: As with the previous two Map Packs, Map Pack 3 will indeed be coming to the PC – the team is hard at work on it and I’ll let you know when it’s in test..
As such, there will be a Patch 1.6 as well, which will address some additional game issues.
EA CEO John Riccitiello made first official mention of the continuing Medal of Honor franchise today during the company's quarterly earnings call, but gave little indication on how the series would progress.
Riccitiello said the next Medal of Honor game is "somewhere out there," but that executives on the call were "not yet in a position to discuss specific plans but will do so in due course." A modern day update to the series was rumored last year, when an alleged survey for Medal of Honor: Operation Anacoda made the rounds.
Operation Anacoda was purported to take the series to modern day Afghanistan.
The most recent entries in the series, Medal of Honor: Airborne and Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, were released in late 2007.
